2024 Girls Volleyball Summer Kids Camp July 22nd - July 26th
9am to 2pm
At Jensen Beach High School
This camp will use a 5 hour, two session, extended training camp format to increase skill development in the morning session, and game play situations in the afternoon session. Morning session will focus on individual skills and ball handling and the afternoon session will focus on teamwork, court awareness and game situations. This camp is designed to introduce fundamental skills to young players as well as improve skills and techniques of advanced players who are interested in playing volleyball at the middle and high school level. Each day, we will end the day with a camp competition and on Friday we will have a camp tournament.
**** THIS CAMP CAN ONLY TAKE UP TO 100 CAMPERS ****
The cost of this camp will be $145.00 per camper with mail in registration.
It will be $150.00 per camper with online registration. (Processing fees for online registration will be applied.)
Sibling Discount: $100.00 for each additional sibling

Sarah Wickstrom, is the founder of All-Outdoors Fitness. Sarah has discovered an alternative for training in an indoor fitness facility.
Being someone that grew up in Stuart FL, I couldn’t be more excited to bring AOD to the community. I started AOD with a simple vision, to create a place for people to effectively train outdoors.
The Problem
As an athlete and outdoor enthusiast, I found it difficult to find somewhere I truly enjoyed training at.
The Solution was to create a one-of-a-kind outdoor space where athletes, that are also outdoor lovers, can successfully train together. Furthermore, I want AOD to inspire the people that would benefit from increasing their time spent in nature. By being in nature it produces a calming effect and when we combine nature’s elements with physical activity, it can help fight depression and anxiety.
